Any case of emergency needs to be reported immediately by phone to (816) 516-0795.

In case of water leak, turn off water at shut-off valve, and call (816) 516-0795 immediately.

In case of gas leak, turn off gas, GET OUT, and call the local gas company immediately.

Any other maintenance issues can be reported by clicking the image and being re-directed to Tenant Cloud. There, you can create or sign-in to your tenant account, fill out, and submit a maintenance request form. I'll be in touch with you soon to get your problem resolved!
